ALL SHINGLE/ROOF REPLACEMENT MUST FIRST BE APPROVED BY THE COMMITTEE

The Architectural Control Committee meetings are held the first and third* Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM (once a month on the first Wednesday only from December-March).  All applications must be at the Foundation Office on the Monday preceding the Wednesday meeting for committee review.

*Winter months may constitute only one meeting per month which would be the first Wednesday because of the lack of applications to be reviewed.
