HIDDEN VALLEY SKI PATROL GOLF OUTING – SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2010
Hidden Valley Ski Patrol, Inc. (HVSP) is gearing up for our 2010 10th Annual Golf Outing on Sunday, September 19, 2010, at The Golf Club at Hidden Valley. Our success in years past has been mostly due to our very supportive homeowner base, their friends, family’s and businesses. The HVSP volunteers appreciate the continued support shown by the Hidden Valley homeowner community! Again this year we are planning on a great event including breakfast, golf, with cocktails, dinner and awards to finish the day.
For those new to the Hidden Valley community, HVSP is a volunteer nonprofit (501(c) 3) organization that provides first aid and emergency care at Hidden Valley. We serve the homeowners, resort guests, and employees at Hidden Valley. Although we are primarily a wintertime group, we also participate at various events, when needed, throughout the year. Our services are provided free of charge.
HVSP relies almost entirely upon fundraising to maintain and purchase necessary equipment, supplies, and provide continuing education and training to our membership so we may better serve our homeowners and the public. This year we want to focus on necessary upgrades to the first aid facility and communications equipment.
For our Annual (almost) Golf Outing we are looking for golfers, sponsors, and the donation of items and/or services that may be used for prizes or possible auction and raffle items. General donations are also welcome.
