Fall Festival

We will be hosting our 6th Annual Homeowner Fall Festival, Saturday, October 17, 2026, for ALL AGES!!!! The Fall Festival will be from 12:00-4:00 p.m. at the South Ridge Playground & Pavilion. We are planning a spectacular event, rain or shine! Live Music by JJ, Petting Zoo, Bounce House, Popcorn & Hot Drinks, Fall Crafts & Games for kiddos, Scavenger Hunt, Scarecrow Contest, Professional Photographer for Fall Pictures, Wood Carvings & Sweet Treats, Glades Pike Winery and Rosalinda's Food Truck and more! After the party is over, we will have Trunk -R -Treat around the Community from 4:00-5:00 p.m. There is no registration required for the Fall Festival, but you do need to sign up for the activities, so please see the articles below!
