07/31 Pool Shift 1

Due to COVID-19, Hidden Valley Foundation is required to follow the CDC's Guidelines for Public Pools, Hot Tubs, & Water Playgrounds. In order to comply, Hidden Valley Foundation will be offering two shifts of pool usage each day, weather depending. In between the two daily shifts, the pool will close so that the facility can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. During the designated cleaning period, all patrons and swimmers will be required to leave the pool area. Pool Users should make a reservation for their desired shift via the community website. If space permits, walk-ins will be permitted to use the pool. However, those with reservations will be given first priority. The shifts will be as follows:

Monday - Thursday

Shift 1: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Closed for Cleaning: 3:00 - 4:00 PM

Shift 2: 4:00 - 8:00 PM

 

Friday

Shift 1: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Closed for Cleaning: 3:00 - 4:00 PM

Shift 2: 4:00 - 9:00 PM

 

Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays

Shift 1: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Closed for Cleaning: 3:00 - 4:00 PM

Shift 2: 4:00 - 9:00 PM

 

Hidden Valley Foundation will only be opening the South Ridge Center swimming pools at this time. The Highlands swimming pool will not be open for use. Unfortunately, the Foundation does not have enough Lifeguards to properly staff both swimming pool facilities.

The maximum capacity of the South Ridge Center swimming pool facility is 150 people. The capacity of the pool facility will be monitored by the pool gate attendant. The reservation system is designed to maximize member and guest usage under the limited operating capacity. Hidden Valley Foundation will guarantee 150 seats for 150 people. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred seating type or location.

The deck furniture will be modified in it's layout to promote safe behaviors that socially distance individuals by 6 feet. Signage will also be posted to promote healthy and safe behaviors by pool users.

In order to use the swimming pool facility, pool users will be required to read the Emergency COVID-19 Response Pool Policy and provide a copy of the signed policy acknowledgement before entry.

Pool users will be a 2-hour window to arrive for their reserved shift. If a reservation doesn't check-in to the pool within 2 hours of the start of the shift, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and the spaces will be opened to those on the waiting list (if there is one), or walk-ins.

WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION, PLEASE COMPLETE ALL FIELDS IN THEIR ENTIRETY BY PROVIDING FULL NAMES, ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESSES. The Foundation must have this information in order to renter/homeowner status, delinquency, and whether the correct documentation is on file or not. Reservations with incomplete information will be cancelled.
